This shore-based course is ideal for those with more experience and, in particular, planning on taking their RYA Yachtmaster Coastal or Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate of Competence.  Upon completion you should understand the principles of navigating coastal and offshore passages by day and night.

Evening classes (FULL)

Commence Thursday 28th September 2017 & ending Thursday 22nd March 2018. Classes will run on Thursday evenings  7:00 pm to 9:00 pm with breaks matching the school terms

Prior knowledge:

  • Equivalent to Day Skipper Shorebased course

Course duration:

  • 40 hours and 3 assessment papers
