RYA Day Skipper Practical

This course is tailored for aspiring skippers with some yachting experience and basic navigation and sailing skills.

During this five day sail & train event you will receive tuition from an RYA commercially endorsed Instructor. Upon successful completion you will receive the RYA Day Skipper Practical Certificate. You will also be eligible to apply to the RYA for the International Certificate of Competence

RYA Competent Crew

This RYA practical sailing course is for beginners and those who would like to become active crew members rather than just passengers. By the end of the course you should be able to steer, handle sails, keep a lookout, row a dinghy and assist in all the day to day routines.

You will be sailing out of The Hamble into the Solent and surrounding water on a beautiful, well maintained Oceanis 37 sail boat (or equivalent)
